PURPOSE:To prevent an adverse effect due to a clutch reaction with a compact structure by supporting a clutch device on either of front and rear operating devices, and receiving said clutch reaction accompanying the connection or disconnection of said clutch device, with either of said operating devices. CONSTITUTION:A clutch device 3 is provided in between a front shaft 1 and a rear shaft 2. The front shaft 1 is connected to a power unit 5 through a universal joint 4 and a front differential device 6 is connected to the unit 5. The rear shaft 2 is connected to a rear differential device 8 through a universal joint 7. In this structure, a mounting member 11 is installed on the clutch device 3, and a supporting member 12 is installed on the rear differential device 8, while a ball joint part 13 is formed between the opposite parts of the mounting member 1 to the supporting member 12. Thereby, the clutch device 3 is supported by the rear differential device 8 while making the rear differential device 8 receive a clutch reaction via the ball joint part 13.
