PURPOSE:To prevent the erroneous judgment for a slip of wheels while running on a rough road and avoid an unnecessary slip preventive action by suppressing the fluctuation of a dummy vehicle speed regardless of the fluctuation of wheel speeds when the fluctuation cycle of the wheel speed is predetermined cycle or less. CONSTITUTION:A wheel slip preventive device controls to decrease a slip of wheels when wheel speeds become the predetermined slip relationship to the dummy vehicle speed simulatively calculated based on wheel speeds detected by wheel speed sensors 26a-26c, i.e., controls right and left front wheel actuators 17a, 18b and a rear wheel actuator 17c with an anti-skid control device to reduce the brake liquid pressure. In this case, a wheel speed fluctuation cycle detection means detecting the fluctuation cycle of wheel speeds is provided on the anti-skid control device 18. In addition, a dummy vehicle speed fluctuation suppression means is provided, suppressing the fluctuation of the dummy wheel speed regardless of the fluctuation of wheel speeds when the fluctuation cycle is a predetermined cycle or less.
