PURPOSE:To improve the production efficiency by carrying out the billet which was inputted into a dipping tank after its preheating by the transfer means that the one end is dipped in the tank, then by inputting it by its alignment into a heating furnace via the aligning means. CONSTITUTION:The billet 1 heated to 150-200 deg.C by a preheater 4 is carried out by a chain conveyor 7 after inputting it in the dipping tank. The coated billet 1' is inputted into a parts feeder 10 and aligned in the cylindrical direction of the billet 1', further aligned with its close-fitting linearly by a linear feeder 11. In the above state it is heated to the prescribed temp. by inputting it into the heating furnace. The productivity can be improved by using this device.
