PURPOSE:To obtain a hot water temperature suitable for a using place by controlling the temperature of hot water flowing through hot water feed pipes by flowing water switches of the titled instantaneous type gas pre-shut-off water heater. CONSTITUTION:In a controller 15 of the tap-controlled type gas pre-shut-off water heater flowing water switches 10, 12 and 14 are connected in series to hot water temperature control portions 16, 17 and 18. When a hot water feed tap of a hot water feed pipe 9 is opened, a flowing water switch is turned ON. When a hot water temperature control portion 16 operates, and a temperature sensor 7 and a gas quantity controller 2 conduct a feedback control operation, hot water of a predetermined temperature of 35 deg.C flows through the hot water feed pipe 9. When a flowing water switch 12 or 14 is turned ON, hot water of 42 deg.C flows through a hot water feed pipe 11 and hot water of 80 deg.C flows through a hot water feed pipe 13.
