PURPOSE:To eliminate the waste of a liquid crystal and a substrate, to simplify a process and to execute the low cost by providing a preventing wall to prevent it from penetrating into the division between substrates by the liquid crystal to leak from the injecting port at the time of injecting the liquid crystal. CONSTITUTION:With two columns (a) and (b) of a cell aggregate as a pair, respective cells are communicated by a passage 2, injecting ports 3 and 4 of the tip of respective columns are aggregated by a communicating bridge 5, and one aggregate injecting port 6 is exposed to an inter-substrate side surface 7, and on the line to link the injection port 6, a penetrating preventing wall 9 by a continuous sealing wall is constituted. The injecting port 6 is a standard pitch, the nozzle and the liquid crystal to leak from the injecting port at the time of injection are interrupted by the preventing wall 9 and the unnecessary penetration to the section between substrates except for a cell room is prevented. After sealing, the injecting port 6 is sealed, along a parting line 10, a substrate end part 8 is removed and further, cut out into individual cells. Consequently, with a simple process, the waste of the liquid crystal and the substrate is eliminated and the price can be decreased.
