PURPOSE:To easily fix a dielectric coaxial resonator to an attaching member by forming the dielectric coaxial resonator to a prismatic shape and forming cut and raised pieces on the side of the attaching member to position the dielectric coaxial resonator. CONSTITUTION:Each dielectric coaxial resonator 41 is a quarter-wave TEM resonator having a quadrangular prism-shaped dielectric 42, and dielectric coaxial resonators 41 are placed in the same direction on an earth plate 43 as the attaching member. On the earth plate 43, cut and raised pieces 49, 49... are formed at intervals equal to one side of a square cross section of the dielectric coaxial resonator 41. Each cut and raised piece 49 is cut and raised at right angles to the earth plate 43, and rectangular holes 48 are formed on the earth plate 43 after cut and raised pieces 49 are cut and raised. Since each dielectric coaxial resonator 41 is held between cut and raised pieces 49 of the earth plate 43, dielectric coaxial resonators 41 are held stably on the earth plate 43.
