PURPOSE:To mount a video relating device such as a video tape recorder on a ceiling simply and stable even with a short depth cabinet by standing auxiliary legs as required contained at a part of a back cover and fixing the legs by loosened screws for fixing. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 11 containing auxiliary legs 6 is provided to a forming back cover 5 covering the rear face opening of a cabinet 4 with short depth of forming or made of wood, the auxiliary legs 6 contained in the recesses part have facing holes 8 for mounting by tap screws 7 on the rear face, are provided with ribs 9, 9' for latch to front left/right, a hole 10 required in using the auxiliary legs through pull and raise is provided to the ceiling and the face in press contact with the back cover at storage is opened to form the box shape. The forming back cover 5 has the recesses part 11 containing the auxiliary legs 6, a boss 12 at the rear part, a boss 13 at the front part and slit holes 14, 14' at the left and right parts.
