PURPOSE:To scale down a size by communicating cylindrical ferrite beads cores with legs on both sides of a U-shaped lead member, and connecting and fixing a chip capacitor between other lead members comprising a medium leg and a medium leg of a joint part connecting both legs of the U-shaped lead member. CONSTITUTION:In terms of a lead frame 1, the legs on both sides 2A and 2B are formed on the one 1st joint part 3, while the medium leg 4 positioned in between said legs 2A and 2B is formed on the other 2nd joint part 5 in parallel with the 1st joint part 3 with the tip of the leg 4 being a wide part 6. With the lead frame 1 bent so that the tips of the legs 2A and 2B can be lifted, the cylindrical ferrite beads cores 7A and 7B are communicated with the legs on both sides 2A and 2B, and the chip capacitor 8 is connected and fixed by soldering between the 1st joint part 3 and the wide part 6 of the medium leg 4. Then the legs on both sides and the 1st joint part 3 linking them comprise the U-shaped lead member, and the unnecessary part of the lead frame 1 is removed with the medium leg 4 left. |
