PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out the plural signal processing on one substrate only by changing over an RF switch by providing plural signal processing parts and change-over switches for sending signals to said signal processing parts on the same dielectric substrate. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is composed of a pair of input and output terminals 12 and 13, plural signal processing parts 15, and switches 14 for changing the flow of signals. A signal entering from an input terminal 12 can be changed in the direction of its flow by a single-pole double throw switch 14 and it comes out from an output terminal 13 through the signal processing parts 15. The switch 14 which can change the flow of signals and the plural signal processing parts 15 are arranged on the same dielectric substrate 11. This enables the fabrication of a small-sized MIC capable of plural signal processing.
