PURPOSE:To simplify a construction of a voltage switching type D class oscillator by producing a voltage having no phase displacement from an output transformer, and using it as a positive feedback, thereby coping with a variation in a load without regulation. CONSTITUTION:When a DC current is applied, a current flows to he base of a transistor 11 through a resistor 23, the tertiary winding 18c of an output transformer 18, and a resistor 22, and the transistor 11 is turned ON. A capacitor 16, a coil 17 and the primary winding 18a form a resonance circuit 19, a current flowing to the circuit 19 is vibrated, when a predetermined time is elapsed, the current does not flow, and the transistor 11 becomes OFF. The base current of a transistor 12 flows through a biquadratic winding 18d and a resistor 25 by a voltage of a capacitor 27, and the transistor 12 becomes ON. The transistor 12 continues ON state by charge stored in a capacitor 16 for a predetermined time, and then becomes OFF. The above operation is repeated to lead an oscillation output from a secondary winding 18d.
