PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device capable of preventing the deposition of the reaction residue in a discharge passage at all times and capable of keeping the reaction conditions in a reaction vessel constant by providing a coil scraper which makes contact with the inner wall of the reaction residue discharge passage of the reaction vessel at an obtuse angle. CONSTITUTION:The coiled scraper 12 connected to a rotating mechanism 13 is provided along the inner wall of an exhaust pipe 11 connected to the reaction vessel as a discharge passage. When the scraper 12 is rotated in the direction as shown by the arrow, the stripped deposit can be moved to the discharge side on the left in the figure, since the scraper is coiled. In addition, the cross section of the scraper 12 is made triangular to effectively scrape the deposit, and the contact angle theta with the inner wall surface of the exhaust pipe is made obtuse. Accordingly, since the edge of the scraper 12 comes in contact with the inner wall surface of the pipe 11 at an obtuse angle, the reaction residue deposited on the inner wall surface of the pipe 11 is effectively removed and successively sent out to the discharge side. The residue is further removed by suction air and then treated with a residue treating device. |
