摘要 PURPOSE:To increase a measuring accuracy by measuring the pitches of the whole teeth on a ring gear by rotating a rotary body at a constant number of rotation in advance and correcting the time data of the pitches measured at arbitrary numbers of rotation thereafter by measured data. CONSTITUTION:Pitch errors epsiloni, true measured values qi are obtained as qi=Pi/epsiloni(i=1...n). If it is assumed that there is no pitch error (epsilon1=1.000) in a first pitch and a third pitch is longer than the first pitch, for example, by 0.5% (epsilon3=1.005), since P3=10050 and epsilon3=1.005 when the number of rotation of a ring gear 1 is constant, q3=10050/1.005=10000 is true and this is the same value as that of the first pitch. Thus, the pitch error of the ring gear 1 is corrected and a highly accurate measuring result can be obtained.
