PURPOSE:To automatically fit a line to the designated position and to prioritize line fitting with respect to the value designated by an operator by presetting the line fitting of slips, etc., corresponding to each transaction on a line control table. CONSTITUTION:When a central message is received, it is divided and edited by a page changing 12, and a divided message 14 is outputted to a terminal equipment 3. Subsequent output data is provisionally held. Upon the completion of the division of the message 14, the terminal equipment 3 transmits a subsequent data request message 15 to a terminal controller 2. If the operator issues the line fitting instructions, an operator input line number 16 from a keyboard part 14 is added to the message 15. The terminal controller 2 sums the line fitting amount 19 calculated by a processing part 17 of the message 15 and a held output data 13, and outputs the sum as a message 18 to the terminal equipment 3.
