<p>PURPOSE:To improve the fitting strength of a flange by inserting a ring into one end side of a member, so that a helical layer of a cylindrical member is formed by rolling it into the outside periphery of a backup ring, and also sticking and coupling each of them to a metallic flange. CONSTITUTION:As for a pressure tight cylindrical member 1, a backup ring 2 is attached at the time of forming a filament winding, and a helical winding layer 4 is formed on the backup ring 2. Subsequently, after a metallic flange 5 has been stuck to the pressure tight cylindrical member 1, the metallic flange 5 and the backup ring 2 are coupled mechanically by a fastening means 6. According to this method, the fitting strength of the metallic flange can be improved, and also a design of the flange, and the working shape can be executed and obtained easily, respectively.</p> |
