PURPOSE:To enhance high processability, scratch resistance and antistaining property, by adding a copolymer of a fluorocarbon monomer to top coat. CONSTITUTION:Chemical forming treatment and primer treatment are preliminarily applied to a household steel plate such as a cold rolled steel plate or a zinc or zinc base alloy plated steel plate. As top coat applied thereafter, a paint composition prepared by adding pigment to polyester paint or acrylic paint if necessary is used and a copolymer of a fluorocarbon monomer is added to the top coat as an additive in an amount of 0.2-5.0% by wt. of the resin component of said top coat and a film is formed in a thickness of about 5-30mum.
