PURPOSE:To simplify construction by installing a pinch roller, which rotates in the direction an original being introduced to a table, by furnishing No.1 follower roller to perform carrying-in in cooperation with said pinch roller and No.2 follower roller to perform exhaust in cooperation, and thereby accomplishing carrying-in and exhaust of originals using a single pinch roller. CONSTITUTION:No.1 and No.2 follower rollers 23, 24 arranged facing each other with a pinch roller 22 interposed turn in follow-up to the pinch roller 22, and when it rotates in one direction, they rotate so that an original is transported reversely in the position they contact. Thus the pinch roller 22 and follower roller 23 function as an original lead-in roller couple for leading-in to an original placing table 10, while the pinch roller 22 and follower roller 24 as an original exhaust roller couple for exhaustion from said original placing table 10. This arrangement, in which a single pinch roller is used as an original feeding drive roller both in the carry-in and exhaust for originals, should accomplish a simplified device configuration.
