PURPOSE:To compact a device and to enlarge storage capacity by storing each light tone through the use of materials developing a light tone change due to an electric action. CONSTITUTION:Through the use of the material developing a light tone change due to an electric action, light tone is changed by every 50nm, limiting to a range of visible beams from 400nm to 700nm. By storing each light tone, it can be stored eight times. If a span of 50nm is made smaller, the storage capacity can be expanded. Thus the device can be compacted, and storage capacity is expanded to file massive information on one memory device.
