PURPOSE:To obtain a panel wherein appearance can be made beautiful and cutting for altering a dimension can be easily performed, by extruding a plurality of linear materials onto the panel simultaneously with the extrusion molding of the panel and integrally adhering the linear materials to the flat surface of the panel in a softened state without using an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A panel 1 has a plurality of linear materials 2 arranged thereto in parallel. In forming the flat plate-shaped panel from a synthetic resin material 9e.g., a vinyl chloride resin or a styrol resin) having a satin surface by by extrusion molding, the linear materials 2 (strip of bamboo) arbitrarily colored composed of the same material are extruded in parallel to be arranged to the surface of the panel when said surface yet holds a semi-molten state. Because both of them hold a surface non-solidified state, they are adhered to each other without requiring an adhesive to constitute the integrals panel. In as much as, not only an adhering process can be omitted but also a process for removing a contaminant due to the adhesive becomes unnecessary, the surface of the panel is beautiful and cost can be reduced. |
