PURPOSE:To form an interference film or protecting film using a simple applying method by providing a polyacid film containing peroxo between a transparent disk and a magnetic film. CONSTITUTION:A solution dissolved in a polar solvent which is used for an interference film and contains the polyacid 2 is applied to a stamper 1 generating an optical disk, dried over an appropriate temperature, or ultraviolet rays, X rays, electron rays are irradiated so as to advance condensation, and made insoluble and transparent. This film adheres to a disk substrate 4 through an adhesive to peel off from the stamper 1. Thereon a magnetic film 6 is formed to easily obtain the optical magnetic disk with an interference film. In such a way the polyacid containing peroxo is made into a uniform thin film by a simple bonding method.
