PURPOSE:To generate hydration with water generated on the dissolution of granulated ice and solidify pile-producing materials integrally, by mixing the granulated ice of solid phase as the pile-producing materials. CONSTITUTION:The pile-producing materials 1 of aggregates mixed with the pulverulent cement of solid phase and the granulated ice of solid phase are injected into an external pipe 2, and the external pipe 2 is driven to a specified depth, and after that, the external pipe 2 is lifted up, and at the same time, the pile-producing materials 1 are pressed into the ground by an internal pipe 3 and are compacted. Subsequently, water and cement generated on the dissolution of the granulated ice are hydrated and are integrally solidified. In this manner, the granulated ice is mixed, and so the compaction can be sufficiently executed, and the strength is greater than that of sand piles, and there is little possibility of losing the materials 1 due to underground water current.
