PURPOSE:To measure the light in a necessary area regardless of the photometric pattern of a photometric means by moving a light shield means to in front of the photometric means and varying a light shield area. CONSTITUTION:When an index 1a inscribed in the top surface of a selection switch 1 is set to a desired mark inscribed in a display plate 8, the projection part 3a of a rotator 3 contacts either of contacts 9a and 9b. Consequently, a selected photometric mode is transmitted to a control arithmetic circuit 10, whose output is detected and begins to be processed. The light shielding plate 15 are rotates associatively with the rotation of the selection switch 1. Then, when an evaluation photometric mode is selected, the light shield plate 15 moves away from in front of the photometric element 7 and light is measured by all photometric parts 7a-7d. Further, when a partial photometric mode is entered, the light shield plate 15 moves to in front of the element 7, so light passed through its opening part 15a is measured by the element 7. Thus, the light shield plate having the opening part 15a is arranged movably to in front of the element 7, so other areas can be switched even when a division pattern is used. |
