摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized, inexpensive sensor, by making it possible to drive an eccentric cam or rotary cam to be used by a motor continuously rotating to an one direction. CONSTITUTION:When a shaking body 12 begins to shake by the rotation of a motor 14 to reach a shaking end, an end point signal is sent to a microcomputer 21. CPU 21c receives the end point signal to indicate the setting of the distance data take-in time stored in ROM 21a and the operation start of a counter to a signal generator 23. The signal generator 23 counts the clock pulse of a control signal generating circuit 22 and sends a signal when the set time arrives and CPU 21c receives said signal to indicate distance measurement to a range finder 1. At the same time, CPU 21c outputs a conversion order to an A/D converter 20 to convert the analogue signal measured by the range finder 1 to a digital signal to allow RAM 21b to store distance data. When measurement is successively repeated, a measuring shape drawing is obtained and CPU 21c operates difference to obtain the data of the range finding part 12 of a heavy welding work 10. When the positional data at this point is sent to external machinery 19 such as a robot control apparatus, a robot moves so as to follow a welding line.
