The invention comprises compounds of formula and their physiologically tolerable acid addition salts, wherein R<SP>1</SP> is YZC = CHCH 2 (Y and Z are each H, Me or halogen) Y<SP>1</SP>Z<SP>1</SP>C=CX<SP>1</SP>CH 2 (X<SP>1</SP>, Y<SP>1</SP>, Z<SP>1</SP> are each H or Me) or XC#CCH 2 (X is H or Me) and R is H, Ph (possibly substituted by Cl, Me, MeO, NO 2 , NH 2 or CF 3 ) a pyridyl, pyrimidyl or pyrazinyl radical (possibly substituted by C 1-5 alkyl or alkoxy) PhCH 2 (possibly substituted by halogen, MeO, methylenedioxy or ethylenedioxy), PhCHR<SP>2</SP>CHR<SP>3</SP>(CH 2 ) 0-1 (R<SP>2</SP> and R<SP>3</SP> are each H or Me, or together constitute a bond) or (p-R<SP>4</SP>C 6 H 4 ) 2 CH(CH 2 ) 0-2 (R<SP>4</SP> is H or halogen). These compounds are prepared by reacting a 2-Cl-4,6-(R<SP>1</SP>NH) 2 -s-triazine (II) with a 1-R-piperazine (III) [II in which R<SP>1</SP> is 3,3- dimethylallyl, crotyl, propargyl or 3-chloroallyl, and III in which R is (p-ClC 6 H 4 ) 2 CH or (p-FC 6 H 4 ) 2 CH, are stated to be novel]. Therapeutic compositions for oral, parenteral or rectal administration, comprise compounds of the above formula, which are respiration stimulants. |
