PURPOSE:To manufacture good product inexpensively by continuously bending the inner and outer pipes in high temp. plastic zone after heating both the pipes in the annular shape in narrow width simultaneously by high frequency heating, after fixing both the pipes in integral structure by providing fixed intervals. CONSTITUTION:The inner pipe 21 and outer pipe 22 are made a double pipe by their holding adequate gap and flanges 23, 24 are welded to these end parts. The inner pipe 21 is heated from the inner side and outer pipe 22 from the outside in the annular narrow width simultaneously by high frequency induction heating devices 49, 50 respectively. The bending is continuously performed by using hydraulic cylinders 39, 41 and guide roller 42, etc., in the high temp. plastic zone with adjusting the length of the inner pipe 21 and outer pipe 22. The product of good quality can be manufactured comparatively inexpensively by working using this mechanism.
