The invention relates to a toothbrush comprising a reservoir of toothpaste provided in the handle and a protective cap. The injection mechanism of this toothbrush is that of a piston pump actuated manually by simply exerting pressure on the head of the brush. The displacement of this piston pump causes the aspiration of a small quantity of dentifrice product contained in the handle and its expulsion through the ejection orifice located on the bristle support. <IMAGE>
