PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a sense error and to attain high performance and large capacity with cost reduction for a magnetic bubble element of field access type, by connecting in series on the same chip the 1st and 2nd thin film detectors which are set on two stretchers put in parallel to each other and work with a phase difference equivalent to half cycle. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd thin film detectors 230-3 and 230-4 of a housekeeper are set on the chevron stretchers with a position shift in the same row as the 1st thin film detectors 231-3 and 231-4 of a storage unit. Thus a storage domain 290- 3 having enlarged bubbles sent from a major line 211 earlier than the detector 231-3 of the storage unit. In case of a rotary magnetic field in phase (a), for example, the detectors at the housekeeper side are detected. While the detectors at the storage side can be detected when in phase (b). Thus the perfect discrimination is made possible between detectors of both sides by means of a sense amplifier 280 although these detectors are connected in series. Then the outputs of the housekeeper and storage sides are detected alternately in phases (a) and (b). |
