<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a desired composite molding without any partition plate, by packing powders respectively into the two die hole of dies which are split to two members sliding with each other, then mating the die holes and compression- molding the powders to one body. CONSTITUTION:A stationary die 5a and a die hole 9a provided to the die 5a, and a movable die 5b and a die hole 9b provided to the die 5b are divided at the vertical cutting plane passing the joining position of two layers, and the two divided dies 5a, 5b are made slidable in a horizontal direction along the divided plane. Powder is packed in the dies 9a, 9b which are held deviated from each other. With the holes 9a, 9b held mated after packing of the powders therein, the powder is compression-molded from top and bottom directions. The composite molding wherein the joined surfaces of the adjacent two layers are directed vertically is obtained easily.</p> |
