PURPOSE:To prevent the consumption of a battery power source and the deterioration of a motor due to the solidification of a viscous agent, by shunting the current flowing to the motor when output voltage by a voltage signal proportional to a motor load current reaches a predetermined value or more. CONSTITUTION:A means for outputting a voltage signal proportional to a motor load current on the basis of the voltage component taken out from the output terminal side of a detection resistor Ri is constituted using an operational amplifier OP2. By inputting voltage corresponding to voltage drop flowing to the detection resistor Ri as the comparing voltage of the operational amplifier OP2, voltage proportional to the load current of a motor M is outputted to the output side thereof. By inputting this output voltage Vout to a comparator OP3, when the output voltage Vo became larger than reference voltage, the input side of a motor driving circuit is shunted by the voltage signal at that time through the current amplifying current of transistors Q3, Q4 and the motor M can be automatically stopped.
