PURPOSE:To shorten a charge time for a picture signal accumulating element and to transfer a picture signal without deteriorating a delay characteristic by providing the picture signal accumulating element, an amplifier circuit, an impedance circuit and a switch circuit. CONSTITUTION:The output of FETs 53 and 64 constituting an output load driving part is supplied to a capacitor 4 through FETs 7 and 8 constituting a source follower buffer. Accordingly, an output impedance viewing from the capacitor 4 to the output side of the FETs 7 and 8 can be made small. An analog switch 9 is disposed in parallel with the FETs 7, 8, when a level of an output signal goes to a level exceeding the saturation area of the FETs 7 and 8, the analog switch 9 is turned 'on', the output side of the FETs 53, 64 constituting the output load driving part is directly connected to the capacitor 4 and the capacitor is charged and discharged without using the FETs 7 and 8 constituting the source follower buffer.
