PURPOSE:To eliminate diffraction effect by providing both side plates, a rear plate, and assembling rectangular plates whose ends of the lateral sides are cut in circular form as a ceiling face, a baffle face and a bottom face in an U-shape and performing folding working. CONSTITUTION:The titled speaker cabinet consists of a rectangular plate 5 whose ends of the short sides are cut in circular shape, a decorative sheet 6 which is made of such as polyvinyl chloride resin, holes 5a for mounting speaker units, grooves 5b to be subjected to folding working, side plates 7, and a rear plate 8, and is finished by processing with a folding working. Since the circular form of the end part of the plate 5 is determined by the shape of a cutting tool, it can easily made to the form of a part of the eliptic shaped locus that is effective to eliminate the diffraction effect. Accordingly, the speaker cabinet having the effective form to eliminate the effect of the diffraction can be manufactured easily.
