REPRODUCING DEVICE FOR SAMPLING FREQUENCY

PURPOSE:To attain the satisfactory reproduction of a sampling frequency over a wide band by switching a sampling frequency reproducing circuit to a desired range based on the result of comparison carried out between the output signal of a counter and that of a range indicating circuit. CONSTITUTION:The output signal of a frequency counter 12 is compared with that of a range indicating circuit 11 and a sampling frequency reproducing circuit 4 is switched to a desired range based on the result of said comparison of output signals. Then the count value of the counter 12 is compared with the range indicated by the circuit 11. This range is always changed to a proper one in case an improper range is indicated due to the overlap of bands. Thus, it is possible to attain the satisfactory reproduction of sampling frequency over a wide band.
