PURPOSE:To realize complete shielding and to eliminate connector breakage and a defect in contacting by mounting a unit to be measured on a slide table which is movable in a shield container and holding the tip part of a cable-side coaxial connector across an elastic member. CONSTITUTION:When the unit to be measured is mounted on the slide table 40, the coaxial connector part of the unit to be measured faces a positioning plate 42 and respective connectors face a holding plate 52 through holes 42b and 42b. When the slide table 40 is slide in the shield container 21, a piston 58 projecting from the holding plate 52 is inserted into the hole 42a of the positioning plate 42 to perform positioning and conductor parts 29b and 30b of connector parts 29 and 30 on the sides of connecting cables 27 and 28 are made to but on the coaxial connector of the unit to be measured. When a lid body 33 is closed, the slide table 40 is pushed in and the elastic holding member 53 embedded in the holding plate 52 is compressed to engage the connectors with each other in a buffer state, so that the unit to be measured is shielded completely.
