PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts types as well as to improve the extent of assembly operability, by joining two sets of cylinder units, with a built-in a proportioning valve mechanism, solidly together in a way of having cylinder opening parts opposed. CONSTITUTION:This proportioning valve is made up of clamping symmetrical cylinder units as one body with a bolt 1. Each cylinder unit is provided with a cylinder body 2 having an one-end opened cylinder 3, while a mid cylinder member 4 being made up of fitting a control piston 6 in stepped cylinders 5 and 5' at the bottom side is housed in the cylinder 3, and also a spring receiving piston 7 at the cylinder opening side, respectively. In addition, a break point spring 8 is installed interposingly between both these pistons 6 and 7 aforesaid, while a valve body 9 being seatable on a valve seat 6b at an end part of a shaft piercing passage 6a of the control piston 6 is installed in an opposed part of the control piston 6 of the piston 7, whereby interconnecting between both input and output ports 18 and 19 is controlled.
