PURPOSE:To reduce the number of sheaves as well as to simplify the whole constitution, by making such operations that shift a movable lamp from slopingness to horizontality and further moves it upward in leaving this horizontality left intact performable with the drive of one cylinder unit alone. CONSTITUTION:A plane view rectangular movable lamp A1 is made shiftable at both sides of the longitudinal two ends along a vertical stanchion, and it is supported by the pivot B1 installed at the one end side free of tilting motion. In this case, each pair of fixed sheaves 27 and 28 (affixal letters omitted) are attached to the movable lamp A1 at intervals in the longitudinal direction. In addition, there is provided with a double acting type hydraulic cylinder 20, and an end part of a piston rod 221 of the first cylinder 201 is locked to the lamp A1, then a pair of fixed sheaves 23 are attached to the vicinity of this fixed end, while a pair of moving sheaves 24 are attached to the end of a piston rod 222 of a second cylinder 202. And, two lifting wires 4 and 5 locked to the hull or the like should be rolled on the end part as in illustration.
