PURPOSE:To suppress droppage of engine rotation upon abrupt starting so as to improve the starting feeling, by functioning a clutch release cylinder, upon exceeding of the opening of a throttle valve over a predetermined level when the intake tube pressure is lower than a predetermined level, thereby opening a clutch. CONSTITUTION:If the intake tube pressure of an engine 12 is lower than a predetermined level when starting abruptly, a partition board 40 can be sucked. Upon exceeding of the opening of a throttle valve 34 over a predetermined level, the partition board 40 will separate from a solenoid 24 to produce a pressure in a liquid chamber 60 of a clutch release cylinder 14, opening a clutch by means of a sub-cylinder 14. Consequently, droppage of the engine rotation is prevented resulting in the improvement of the acceleration feeling at the start.
