<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of molds and steps by changing the shape of a mandrel and making a camber freely variable, by constituting with a pair of molds whose both ends are connected in free moving pivotally each other and by providing a working mechanism where gap at central spot is changeable. CONSTITUTION:A mandrel 1 is provided with a pair of molds 5, and connecting members 2 which connect in free moving pivotally each other eyelet parts 6 formed at both ends of the molds 5, and a working mechanism 9 set up at the central spot 12a of the molds 5. By revolving a central screw member 10 to an arrow A direction the gap at the central spot 12a of a pair of the molds 5 is scaled up, and the curvature radius rho of circular arc part of the molds in made small. By revolving a central screw member 10 to an arrow B on the contrary, the gap at the central spot 12a of a pair of the molds 5 is scaled down, and the curvature radius rho of circular arc part of the molds is made large. Therefore the circular arc of the molds 5 can be controlled to required curvature radius rho only by repeating the revolving operation of the central screw member 10.</p> |
