PURPOSE:To facilitate the installation and removal of an antislip device for a tire, by removably attaching a rotary plate which has, in its outer periphery, a running and ground-contact section provided with an antislip means covering the tread surface of the tire, to a wheel base. CONSTITUTION:The shaft rod 12 of a base disc 11 attached to a tire wheel 10 is inserted in a hole 1 in a rotary plate 2 while a running and ground-contact section 3 is made to cover the upper section of a tire 9, and a rubber rope is stretched between a hook parts 7 and a hook 15 on the shaft rod 12 in order to urge the rotary plate 2 toward the base disc 11. After the automobile being moved until the tire is rotated by several revolution, the running and ground- contact section 3 wedges into between the road surface and the tire 9. Then, the rubber rope is removed, and a cap disc 14 is threadedly engaged with the thread section 13 of the base disc 11. Thereby it is possible to facilitate the installation and removal of the tire anti-skid device.
