PURPOSE:To ensure locking of a center cap and to enhance the steal-proof measure of a wheel, by engaging the outer end of a latch member in a locking groove formed in the inner peripheral surface of a spinner so that the latch member is prevented from moving, by means of the outer peripheral edge of rotary plate of a dial lock. CONSTITUTION:A dial lock 8 is manipulated to mount a center cap 7, so that cut-outs 17, 17 in rotary plates 11, 12 are angularly aligned with a latch member 19 which is then screwed into a spinner 6. When the center cap 7 is rotated, the outer end part of the latch member 19 is engaged with the spinner 6. There fore, the latch member 19 is forced inward. At this time the outer end of the latch member 19 advances while it slides on the inner surface of the spinner 6, and then, is finally engaged in a locking groove 23. Then, the cut-outs of the rotary plates 11, 12 are prevented from being aligned with the latch member 19.
