In this way, if the vibro-isolating base 12 reaches a fixed position, a sensor generates a clamp completion signal, and a device, advancing to the next step, performs removal and mounting of a workpiece. When the work is finished, an automatic hand action end signal is generated from an equipment 5, and a pull rod 31 is lifted. Accordingly, the vibro isolating base 12, being freed, is lifted to the upper by force of an air spring 4 and released from a clamped condition. |
