PURPOSE:To have automated long-time continuous operation by furnishing a magazine stocking part, which stocks magazines in parallel with one another horizontally at a certain pitch, and further a magazine feeding mechanism, an IC sheet supply/exhaust mechanism and a magazine return mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A magazine stocking part 1 stocks a plurality of magazines in parallel with one another horizontally at a certain pitch, and this row of magazines is sent to an IC sheet incoming/outgoing position determined according to the given pitch. A sheet supply/exhaust mechanism 2 performs supply and exhaust of IC sheets to/from a magazine situated in the sheet incoming/ outgoing position, and the magazine with completed supply or exhaust is returned to the tail of the magazine row in the abovementioned magazine stocking part 1. This enables stocking of sheets in a great quantity as well as high- speed supply and exhaust of sheets, which will accomplish automated long-time operation continuously.
