PURPOSE:To superpose one toner image on the other efficiently with a good balance by using a photosensitive body capable of being electrified with both polarities. CONSTITUTION:The first and second exposure light beams B10 and B20 are taken into the first and second image forming parts 100 and 200 in such relations that color-classified mirror images are formed for one color picture, and the first toner image having the first color is formed on a photosensitive drum 110, and the second toner image having the second color is formed on the second photosensitive drum 210. The photosensitive drum 110 consists of an OPC photosensitive body capable of being electrified with both polarities, and an induced + polarity electric charge is not discharged and is held though the part of a toner image is separated from the part of a transparent electrode 141 of a reverse electric charge inducer 140 in accordance with turning. In a position T, the second toner image consisting of a (-) polarity electric charge is easily attracted to the first photosensitive drum 110 and is transferred to superpose the second toner image on the first toner image.
