PURPOSE:To easily measure a performance parameter in an environment where an information processor is actually in operation by providing a conventional information history memory device additionally with a reference signal counting means and counting means for signals to be measured. CONSTITUTION:The reference signal counting means 1 which inputs a reference signal 111 from an information processor, means 21-24 which input signals 121-124 to be measured, and the information history memory device 3 connected thereto are included. The reference signal counting means 1 consists of a counter circuit and counts clocks of the reference signals 111. The counting means 21-24 for the signals to be measured consist of counter circuits and count the signals 121-124 to be measured respectively. The information history storage means 3 consists of a static random access memory or register group and the contents of write data signals 151-154 are stored in addresses indicated with a write address signal 141 when a write enable signal 131 is on. |
