PURPOSE:To obtain highly accurate data in a short time, by making the corresponding measuring data as effective data when the corresponding current measured data from watermeter is within a specified range calculated based on the preceding measured data. CONSTITUTION:The max. and min. are determined from a series of measuring data as obtained from a watermeter A. Based on it, the effective range of a series of measuring data as obtained from the watermeter A in the subsequent measurement is determined B at the end of the measurement to be memorized C. Then, in the next measurement, a series of measuring data as from the watermeter A is within this effective range, the measuring data is processed D as effective data. Therefore, even when variation in the water contained in object being measured is large, a wide effective range of data eliminates waste of object being measured and moreover, ensure a highly accurate data in a short time.
