Device for the electric automation of load movements. The invention relates to a device making it possible to obtain travels of single or double action jacks at variable pressures. It consists of a single or double chamber jack filled with a volume of liquid and with electric means intended to increase the temperature so as to cause maximum dilatation. This means consists either of a resistor, or of a microwave or laser emitter. The present invention has numerous applications for the automatic closure or opening of shutters, trap-doors, doors etc. <IMAGE>
