PURPOSE:To keep of any exposure of a sun visor toward the lower part of a ceiling surface as well as to make its takeout ever so easy, by supporting the sun visor pivotally on a biaxial rotary shaft, and engaging the pin attached to the sun visor with the engaged claw pivotally supported in a recess of the car ceiling surface free of attachment or detachment. CONSTITUTION:In the state shown in illustration, a pin 16 of a sun visor 13 is engaged with a hook part 19 of an engaged claw 15, and the sun visor 13 is housed in a recess 14 of a ceiling surface 11. Therefore, the sun visor 13 is in no case exposed out of the ceiling surface, therefore it is excellent in outward showability and safety. On the other hand, when the sun visor 13 is taken out of the inside of the recess 14, the sun visor 13 is pushed upward by hand. If so, the sun visor 13 rotates upward centering on a biaxial rotary shaft 12, while the engaged claw 15 is pushed up so that engagement between the pin 16 and the hook part 19 is released free. At this time, since the side of a downward revolving speed of the sun visor 13 is larger than that of he engaged claw 15, the pin 16 is not fitted in the hook part 19, whereby the sun visor 13 is projected out of the recess 14.
