Steering device for triple tracklaying gear

The device serves to steer two sets of tracklaying gear which are arranged one behind the other in the direction of travel and can be swivelled towards the direction of travel, of a large piece of equipment equipped with a total of three single tracks and having a running gear carrier which is supported on one side on tracklaying gear which cannot be moved with respect to the direction of travel and on the other side on the steering shafts of the two swivellable sets of tracklaying gear. The free ends of the two steering shafts are connected to one another by means of a single hydraulic cylinder. The same swivel angle of the movable sets of tracklaying gear is achieved by means of a coupled gear with two coupling rods. The coupling rods are coupled by one end to in each case one steering axle and by the other end to a common rocker lever mounted in the vehicle carrier. In this arrangement, the lever arms of the rocker lever behave in the same way as the corresponding, effective lever arms of the steering shafts. <IMAGE>
