<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the fluttering of transfer paper and to obtain sharp image having no black lines on a transferred image by providing a semi-looped resist upper guide made of a specific material to the route of the transfer paper for a resist roller pair and transfer inlet so as to contact said route. CONSTITUTION:A resist lower guide 17 is provided between the resist rollers 14, 15 and the transfer inlet guide 16 on the bottom surface of the line for the passage of the transfer paper (alternate long and short dash line) and the resist upper guide member 18 is provided atop the line for the passage of the transfer paper. The member 18 is made of a polyester film having about 0.1mm thickness and sags like a counter loop contiguously to the rollers 14, 15 and is provided in contact with the line for the passage of the transfer paper. The transfer paper which progresses according to the rotation of a photosensitive drum 8 is transferred with a toner image on the drum 8 by a transfer charger 19 and is then separated from the drum 8 by a separating charger 20. The transfer paper is conveyed by a conveyance part 21 and is subjected to image fixing in a fixing part 7. The transfer paper is then successively loaded on a paper discharge tray 10.</p> |
