PURPOSE:To carry out smooth insertion even there is a dimensional error by providing a chamfered part on the inlet edge of an inserting hole and relatively proceeding a member in which a shaft is inserted, and said shaft while mutually rotating them centering around their axes. CONSTITUTION:A bail open lever 6 is held by a holding member 10 while a pressing mechanism 11 is brought into contact with the free end side of a release lever 4. And, as an inserting hole 7 is faced to a shaft 5 and proceeded, the chamfered part 7a of the inlet edge of the inserting hole 7 is brought into contact with the chamfered part 5a of the shaft 5. In this inserting process, as the release lever 4 is pressed in the direction of the arrow by operating the pressing mechanism 11, the shaft 5 is rotated centering around its axis. During this rotation, a contact point A between the shaft 5 and the inserting hole 7 is obliquely moved on the opposite side of the rotating direction of the shaft 5, and the axis of the shaft 5 automatically agrees with that of the hole 7 by means of one chamfered part 7a and, after this agreement, the shaft 5 is immediately fitted in and smoothly inserted into the hole 7.
