PURPOSE:To instantaneously collect leakage oil to a suction port side periodically by a timer through a pressure difference between a collecting tank and a suction side, by providing the collecting tank and a sealing ring, for cutting off the outside air, and blocking a suction throttle valve to be forcedly closed. CONSTITUTION:A collecting tank 14, for collecting oil leaked from a mechanical seal 10, and a sealing ring 12, for preventing the outside air from infiltrating, are provided. A timer 2M17 is energized after 30 or 60min, turning off a contact 17', while a timer 2S18 is started and energized after one or two seconds, turning on a contact 18'. In this way, a three way type solenoid valve 2 is deenergized for one or two seconds, switching its route to A B and A C. By continuously repeating this period, delivery gas is fed to the secondary circuit of a pressure regulating valve 6, and a suction throttle valve 5 is rapidly closed by the gas in cooperation with tension of a spring 7. Accordingly, since a negative pressure is generated in a compressor suction port, leakage oil in a part of the mechanical seal 10 can be collected via a check valve 16 to the compressor suction port by its pressure difference from the collecting tank 14.
