PURPOSE:To obtain a highly accurate screen even when a light-weight alumin ium sash-screen frame is used by a method in which plain gauzes tensed by a given tensing force are lapped by an exclusive tool on a frame whose four corners are flexed by application of a given external force by a removable exclusive frame clamper and integrally fixed to each other. CONSTITUTION:Supporters 3a, 3b, 3c, and 3d corresponding to the four corners of a screen frame 1 are rigidly integrated by an exclusive frame clamper 3, and clamping screws 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d are provided to the portions correspond ing to the middles of each side of the frame 1. A given tensional external force is applied to the plain gauze 2-screen frame 1 by clamping these screws 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d from four sides to make it a flexed state. The plain gauzes 2 tensed in a given tension force are lapped on the hour screens 1 whose four corners are flexed and bonded with an adhesive to the frames 1 completely, and the exclusive tool and clamper 3 for tensing the plain gauze is removed out. The plain gauze 2 is further separated by cutting to complete four screens. |
